Authors need to create an account first. The first page will be a "Sign In" page. After signing in, please follow the step-by-step instructions. Authors will also submit copyright forms during the process. Please DO NOT submit your camera-ready paper to EDAS.

The page limits are 9 pages for the main-conference regular papers, 7 pages for short papers, 6 pages for workshop papers, and 2 pages for posters. For all categories of publications, one extra page can be purchased at a cost of $150. Only one extra page is allowed.

All papers must abide by the page limits and use the Manuscript Templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings. Submission format guidelines are also listed on the “Call for Papers” page (https://mass-conf.github.io/2026/callforpapers.html).
