Registration Policy

• Author registration deadline for conference/workshop is August 31, 2026.
• At least one author of an accepted conference/workshop paper must register at the conference/workshop non-student rate by deadlines. An author with multiple accepted conference paper can have the discounted rate for any additional paper. The registered author must attend and present the paper. If more than one author attends, each author must register separately. If none of the authors can attend, they must find a proxy to present their paper in person.
• Member registration rates are available for professional members of IEEE.
• The page limits are 9 pages for the main-conference regular papers, 7 pages for short papers, 6 pages for workshop papers, and 2 pages for posters. For all categories of publications, one extra page can be purchased at a cost of $150. Only one extra page is allowed.
• If necessary, up to 4 additional papers can be purchased per author registration for an additional fee of US$500 for Members and US$660 for Non-Members.
• Registration can be canceled on or before September 21, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of $150 deducted from each refund ($100 for Workshop registration cancellations).

• Conference Banquet: USD 100 per ticket.
• This additional item is for attendees who need to purchase a ticket for their guest, or if your registration type does not include a banquet and you want to join these events.
• Please note that banquet ticket is included with Full Conference registration, whereas Workshop registration does not include banquet ticket.
